All of my products do not have price tags, and no invoices are placed in packaging. This makes sending gifts very easy!
I don't accept returns because tea is a consumable product. If for some reason your order comes damaged (it happens), send me photo proof and I would be happy to send you a replacement!
If stored properly, tea can last up to a year. Tea never "goes bad" unless it is exposed to direct sunlight or water, it will just lose it's potency if kept longer than a year. Keep your teas in a dry place such as a cupboard or drawer, sealed in the zip pouch or in a test tube with the cork tightly on, and your tea will remain delicious all year long.
